Learn how we make our Gluten Free Brownies

So the most important part of our brownie is the chocolate.  The dark chocolate we use is known throughout the industry for it's luxury and it's flavour.  This is one of the reasons our brownies taste as awesome as they do.
The ingredients we use are locally sourced where ever possible and if not then Fairtrade where we can.

• Our eggs are fresh, straight from the farm and free range, each brownie slab contains six whole eggs.
• Our butter is salted where possible as I find this enhances the flavour and also means I do not add extra salt to the recipe.
• We use caster sugar in all our brownies and our homemade sauces and refined light brown sugar in our blondies which helps to give a light caramel vanilla note.
• Our Gluten Free Brownies are made with Gluten Free Flour and extra cocoa.

The ratio of luxury dark chocolate to sugar is the key to making our brownies the best there are.
