I thought I would do you a quick walk through of what happens at Jeni's Brownies Head Quarters on a daily basis.
All the brownies are freshly baked for every order you make online.  So your order comes through, I bake, cool the brownies, package them up and send them off to you with Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. - Working day only.
If you order before 9am then I will bake your brownies that morning and have time to get them cooled and posted.  If you order after this then unless I have already baked what you requested and have them spare (these are the ones I sell on facebook) then your brownies will be baked the morning after.
I am a one man band and do my very best to get the brownies to you as soon as I can, but I am not amazon prime.  
I do regularly get people ordering on an Friday afternoon, for example, and wanting to know why they have not arrived on Saturday or Monday.  I do not have a stock of brownies ready made or frozen ready to send out, like other companies.
I want to thank every single one of you for your orders and your support to keep my little brownie company thriving.  I really do appreciate it.

What an amazing day we had at Clitheroe last Saturday.  Despite the dreadful weather forecast the crowds came out in style!
We had a bumper day with all our brownies finding new homes.
We met customers, past and present and friends that came for a day out.  It's such a lovely event and so friendly.
If you're looking for more events to find us at then our next one is Bank Holiday Monday in Keswick.  This is the most picturesque setting of all, where we are surrounded by mountains.
