Every single order is hand baked in my country kitchen in Dolphinholme using my very own signature recipe which is brownie perfection! I use free-range eggs and Fair Trade products wherever possible and the butter, sugar and flour are all produced in England. I only use the best quality products I can find to ensure your Brownies always taste amazing.
I am completely passionate about my brownies and I am always trying to improve flavours or add a twist to my original recipe. I am more than happy to try a new flavour for you but it will only leave my kitchen if it has passed all of my rigorous testing and tastes delicious.
I have built up a delicious range of flavours from the Original Double Chocolate to the Gourmet Range which includes the Caramel Cornflake and the Mars Bar Caramel Krispie Brownies affectionately named ‘The Breakfast Brownies’!

The Brownie Pudding
Meet our Brownie Pudding. This delicious pudding has a brownie base and is smothered in my very own butterscotch sauce. They need to be warmed in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes before serving and each pudding serves two. These are absolutely delicious and make a great alternative to Christmas Puddings too.

There is a huge brownie slab for those who want something a little bit different and these can also be iced so they can have Birthday Messages on them too. These are one huge brownie roughly nine by seven inches and come in the flavour of your choice.
We also have a seasonal range of gifts for you including Valentine’s Day, Creme Egg and Mini Eggs brownies at Easter, the Creme Egg Scotch Eggs and a range of Christmas Flavours in December and any occasions we can find in between!! I also make special Mother’s Day and Father’s Day Brownies too. I am able to bake most of the flavours in Gluten Free too. Corporate Chocolate Brownies have become very popular. There have been a lot of employers sending our Brownies to their hard working employees during the Covid pandemic. They make those zoom meetings so much more fun and you get to enjoy eating them with your friends and work colleagues too!
All orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery. This means they usually arrive the day after I have baked them and are lovely and fresh. This enables you to choose your delivery date if required. They have a shelf life of up to ten days and can also be frozen.
