How long do my brownies keep and how should I store them?
All our brownies are baked on the day of despatch and will keep in an airtight container for up to 10 days in an ambient temperature or they all freeze very well.  We do find they don't usually last long enough for this to be an issue. :) 

How long from ordering to despatch?
We like to ask you to allow us 2 working days but we do our very best to get them out to you within 24 hours.  Sometimes even the same day if you order before baking begins.  There are Emergency Brownies that can be despatched the same day if ordered by 10am or there is an option to pay for next day postage but again these need to be ordered by 10am to allow time for baking.

Which courier do you use?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all UK orders.  If you want next day delivery by 1pm there is an option at checkout.

Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes of course but it needs to be a weekday.  Please add the date in the Note section on the product page. I will endeavour to ensure it arrives on that day but it is at the mercy of Royal Mail so please allow time.

Do you despatch on a weekend?
No, we despatch weekdays only.  We are out at food festivals during the summer which makes it impossible for us to get to the post office on a Saturday.

Do you offer Gluten Free?
Yes we do and they can be found on the 'Shop' Page.

Are your brownies suitable for vegetarians?
Yes they are all vegetarian.

Do you make Vegan Brownies?
Please contact me.  I have tried a lot of recipes and I do have one I like now so these are an option but I may need to shop for the required ingredients.
