We offer FREE delivery on all orders from the website unless you choose 'next day delivery by 1pm' where there will be an extra charge at checkout.
We use Royal Mail 24 tracked to deliver in the UK and Northern Ireland and we find this works really well. On the off chance your order does not arrive when it should please check your Royal Mail tracking number. I cannot find out any more information than you can.
Jeni's Brownies are big and do not fit through standard letter boxes, so your Brownies will require someone to be in or a safe place to leave the brownies when they arrive, unless you already have an arrangement with Royal Mail..
Please include a phone number or email address for the recipient or yourself if you wish to receive delivery updates.
If you have included the details on your order, Royal Mail will send you a text or email on the morning of the delivery stating your delivery window. If you are sending the brownies as a gift I will have put your details in for the tracking process.
If you do not include email or phone number then we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries, as Royal Mail need a way to reach you if there are any issues.
Brownies can also be collected from our home in Dolphinholme. Our address is on the 'Contact Us' page. A time must be arranged in advance as I go out twice daily to do my horses. From April through until December we can be out all weekend at food festivals and we set off very early and come home quite late.
