Jammie Dodger Blondies

If you Fancy a bit of a change then a Blondie is for you!

These delicious blondies are the fairer cousin of the brownie with the same dense and fudgy texture but a warm and comforting vanilla flavour.

Our Blondies have a wonderful Vanilla based flavour and are made with our homemade brown sugar and then stacked full of white chocolate chunks. These then have lashings of strawberry jam swirled through them before being topped with Jammie Dodgers and lovingly baked in our county kitchen

All of our brownies have a shelf life of 7 days from the date of delivery when stored in an airtight container at room temperature.

All our blondies are baked on the day of their despatch so they arrive as fresh as can be. I use quality ingredients and Fair Trade products when ever possible. The best way to keep your brownies is in an airtight container where they will remain delicious for up to ten days. However we usually find that the brownies are not around for that long!!!

Blondies can be warmed in the microwave for ten to fifteen seconds and are marvellous served warm with ice cream.

The brownies can also be frozen for up to three months. Just defrost on the side or warm in the microwave if you cannot wait!!

We don't do small at Jeni's Brownies so our boxes are too big to fit through standard letter boxes so please bear this in mind when ordering.
